Chivalry is Not Dead but Someone is

Season 5 episode 4. Two men get drinks from a bar. They bring them to their dates, two older women. When one guy drinks his drink he starts to cough and then falls backwards over a balcony. When Shawn and Gus get there Shawn doesn’t see a body at first but then he notices one. He realizes no wrist or ankle fractures so he did not try to brace his fall. Shawn tells the chief that the man was dead before he fell and in the room with Lassie, Jules, Shawn, Gus, Chief Vick, and Henry, Henry puts the teams in competition. Lassie goes right off because he thinks the dead man’s date, Jillian Tucker, who used to be married to a man who committed suicide recently and Lassie thought there was something fishy about that one. Lassie and Jules go to the dead guy’s apartment but Shawn and Gus are already there. Shawn is hanging upside down from some kind of workout machine and notices a book called Killing with Class by a man named Clive Prescott. Shawn and Gus go to Clive’s class and interrupt it. He tells them about the dead man, Lance and that he was a good student but then he left class. Shawn and Gus think he killed Lance so they follow him and he is going on a date with Jillian. The next day, Shawn and Gus follow him to the bank. He is with Jillian and Shawn flirts with her and takes her on a date that night. Shawn makes Gus go to be with Jillian’s friend, Eugenia. They meet at a fancy restaurant but Prescott comes and ruins it. They go back to the psych office and Shawn and Jillian are getting along just fine but Gus and Eugenia are, not so much. When they are in the middle Lassie and Jules come. They tell Shawn that he is having dinner with their prime suspect. Lassie tells him that his drink had scotch that Jillian brought but when Lassie was about to say the name Gus says it first and tells him that it was in Prescott's book and that Prescott knew what Lance would order. Lassie and Jules leave thinking wow maybe Shawn is right. After everyone leave Shawn feels like he has been poisoned. He goes to the hospital and the doctor says he was barely poisoned and he will be fine. Henry comes and takes Shawn out of there. She brings him to the station where they are interviewing Prescott. When they tell Prescott that he can leave he remembers Henry. Henry had been the only student that he had ever kicked out. Shawn and Gus go to one of Prescott’s seminars and when he asks for questions Shawn asks about the two women who died with him and then why Jillian was off limits. He says it is because he loves her. After the class Shawn gives Prescott an apology letter then at the bottom accidently signed his name “Shown” instead of Shawn. Shawn then thinks about the people and remembers about the cufflinks that Jillian gave Shawn and he remembered that the guy on a date with Eugenia that night was having an affair with Jillian. When they go to find him they find him dead in the sauna. Then Jules calls and gets the toxicology. It is some kind of toxin used in moth balls. Eugenia smelled of moth balls. They go and get her and arrest her. At Prescott’s class he will not be teaching because he is going on his honeymoon. Shawn and Gus are the ones to teach the class. Shawn talks a little to the class and Prescott keeps contradicting him. Gus went to see Eugenia to make sure the only reason she wasn’t into him is because she was in love with Jillian.

Not Even Close, Encounters

Season 5 episode 3. Flashback 1990, Shawn, Gus and a friend think when they are little that a weather balloon that landed in a field was a UFO.  Henry says no and sends them away. Present day, at a big house a guy is sitting in his chair working when there was a disruption. The wind started blowing all crazy the television started to glitch and the lights flicker. When the man is about to walk out a man named Toby walks in and says he is here to bring him a refill of his meds. The man asks Toby if he heard a disturbance but then it happened again. They both went outside and there was a big ball of light. It was night time so it couldn’t have been the sun and then there looked like a shadow of a person like figure. Toby walked into the light and the man never saw him. The next morning Lassie, Jules and Henry went to the man’s house. The man said it was a UFO. No one believed him and they said to call after Toby, who worked at the man’s law firm, had been missing for 48 hours. Shawn and Gus arrive looking at the man’s reasons to think it a UFO. Henry tells them not to make crazy accusations to everyone because then people will think he is a nutcase and Henry can’t hire nutcases. After he leaves with Jules and Lassie, Shawn asks Gus what would be wrong if it had been a UFO. Gus said electrical damages and messed up ground. Shawn notices both of these things. They decide to start on the TRS. When they get up there with the man after he hires them they see a big circular spot on the ground that is darker than the rest of the grass. Shawn is knows it isn’t aliens to begin with and decides if either of them think it is they get to flick each other in the ear. Shawn then looks around the man’s house and fond a recorder with UFO sounds. The exact sounds the man, Roy, had heard the night before. Shawn and Gus then go to their grade school friend who got skinny and jockey. They meet his wife and then he leads them into a secret room that no one knows about that is filled with alien tracking devices…etc. Gus says at around 11:00 pm and on the radar there was nothing. Then Shawn remembers that the clock said 10:44 and surly enough something came up. They all think it is a UFO and tell Roy that they believe him. Later on TV Roy is on saying that aliens abducted Toby and that Shawn and Gus will prove it. Henry then calls in Shawn and tells him all the things Roy has accused. Shawn asks wear Toby was and Henry points to the conference room. Surly enough Toby was there. Henry told Shawn that if Roy wasn’t on his meds he could become delusional and that he doesn’t usually take them. Toby said that he always picks up Roy’s meds and he still won’t take them. When Shawn and Gus go back to their grade school friend’s house they go onto the website of the law firm and see that Toby takes all of Roy’s cases if he has to leave. Shawn thinks Toby did it, and that he purposefully made Roy have a psychotic episode by switching out his medication. Shawn and Gus’s friend Denis told them to go follow the guy and they take his advice. They wear crazy costume pieces from different shows and follow Toby. Toby gets scared and calls Shawn and Gus. He tells them where to meet him. When they go to the meeting place, a hotel, they see him fall off the roof and die. When Shawn and Gus go to the station they try to get the case. Henry won’t hire them so Shawn goes to plan b. he turns on the fan so all the files blow everywhere. Shawn gets a few and leaves. He finds one that has the autopsy report. It said they found something in the stomach but not what exactly it was. Shawn goes down to visit his friend in the morgue and has him tell them what was in the stomach. It was a flash drive, so Shawn and Gus went to Denis’s house and had him hack Lassie’s personal computer. The flash drive says stuff about budding textiles, the place Roy had made an accusation against for deliberately leaking chemicals. Shawn and Gus then go to an address that Shawn had written down from the flash drive. They go there and find a big machine. They don’t know what it is until Shawn turns it on.  They realize that the town was sitting on some kind of oil place and using this matching they can tell if it was true or not. The company figured out that all these people were sitting on a gold mine so they made people move away and bought the land. Then they saw that Roy had a solid case against them they had to make him look crazy so they took the UFO abduction that Roy though he saw 10 years ago and made it look like another one was happening. Shawn and Gus then get caught by the CEO of the company and taken to a warehouse. Shawn had texted Henry so the police were on the way, but Denis got there first. At first he did really well in using his numb chucks, but then hit himself in the face. That’s when Lassie and Jules came. All the bad people surrendered but Lassie tazor Denis because he wouldn’t put down the numb chucks and didn’t know he was a friend of Shawn and Gus’s. Shawn and Gus make fun of Lassie because they were heroes. Chief Vic wants to hire them on another case Shawn said $2000 but Henry said $1500. On the computer he puts $2000 but when Shawn and Gus leave he changes it to $1500. Shawn and Gus go to Denis’s house with Roy and Denis’s wife Molly walks in and is pissed because Denis didn’t tell her that he was into all the stuff like that and that she was too. Gus thought she was hot and then decided when she said that she became even hotter. Then Denis and Molly kissed and made up.

Feet, Don't Kill Me Now

Season 5 episode 2. Flashback 1990, Gus is standing on a piece of wood. He tells Shawn he is playing a game but Shawn notices scratch marks on the board. He asks Gus what he is actually doing and Gus showed him his tap shoes. Present day, there was a dead woman found inside of a car in a lake. When Lassie and Jules get there Lassie doesn’t want Jules to work with him so he sends her off. Shawn is already there and Lassie won’t hire him on the case. When they all go to look at the car Shawn notices things in the car to indicate a second person. Shawn tells Lassiter that this wasn’t accidental drowning it was murder. After Shawn tells him what he thinks, Gus tells Shawn to find a way to convince Lassie to put them on the case because he had tap class. Right when Gus is about to leave Lassie asks him where he is going and Gus tells him about the tap class. While Gus is at the tap class Lassie comes and wants to join, Gus makes it happen and it is extremely hard for Carlton. After the class Gus shows him some easy steps and Lassie does them and they keep going until Lassiter remembers he forgot to call the lab about some drug they found in the dead lady’s car. The lab people hadn’t found anything on it yet and when Lassie showed Gus he instantly knew what it was. It was for a trial. When they leave the class Shawn is waiting outside for Gus. He tells Shawn that he is going to work with Lassiter on this just for research. Shawn the goes back to the station and gets hired by Henry and is assigned with Jules as his partner. At first they had the same ideas but then they have different ideas which end up on the same path. They discuss with the lab lady who does the trial for the drug and realizes she had a partner. They find out that he was sneaking the drug to his girlfriend because it was a fertility drug. When they go to try to catch him they all start arguing and he gets away. Then Lassie and Gus start to do tap in the conference room but don’t shut all the shades and Shawn and Jules see them and laugh. While Lassie and Gus go check out the rental car companies to find which car the killed girl’s boyfriend, Ben, had rented from Shawn and Jules went to talk to the dead girl’s mother. When Lassie and Gus find out that there is a tracking device on the car Lassie tracks it but then goes somewhere else. Shawn then sneaks away from Jules and track Gus on his phone. Shawn and Gus find Ben but when they try to help him Lassie and Jules arrive. Back at the station they take Ben to the cell downstairs when he asks Shawn and Gus to help. Shawn, Gus, Lassie and Jules all decide to go back their original partners. Shawn and Gus leave the station but on the way out they see Ben’s trial partner. Shawn decides to go to the morgue and look at the body. The M.E. said that she drowned. Back at the office Shawn and Gus were talking about their japadogs when Gus tells Shawn that he was going to take Lassie but then felt cheated, Shawn remembered that Ben had cheated on his girlfriend. When Shawn and Gus go to find been he is dead. It looked like he had drowned but he didn’t die in the water. Then Gus mentions dry drowning, which can be cause by amnesia. Shawn remembers about when he and Jules were at the clinic and the lady had said Jules would need to sign some forms because they will administer amnesia. Shawn calls Lassie and Jules to the lab thinking that the assistant did it, but her key only gets her in and out of the front door and into the bathroom. She says that someone with higher clearance would have access to the trial stuff. Right then Shawn sees Lillian, Ben’s trial partner, putting something away in a freezer. He had realized that she liked Ben but Ben didn’t like her back he only loved his girlfriend. When he had cheated that was her opportunity but he didn’t want anyone else but his girlfriend. Lillian killed his girlfriend by dry drowning her then putting dry ice on the accelerator and let the car go into the lake. She though Ben would take her after that, but he didn’t feel the way she did so she killed him too. Lassie and Jules cuffed her and took her away. After the case was solved Shawn and Jules went to a tap dance recital that Gus and Lassie were in. Gus dances the hard dance with the guy who teaches the class and Shawn is proud of his partner. Lassie dances with small children and Jules is not as proud of him. In the middle of his routine he figures out a rapist from a different investigation then has the kids do freestyle.

Romeo and Juliet and Juliet

Season 5 episode 1. Flashback  1990, some older kids are trying to beat up Shawn and Gus when Shawn tells Gus to use his karate. Gus doesn’t take karate he takes wushu a Chinese martial art, and he had only had to lessons. Present day, Shawn and Gus hired an assistant name Ken who they have to fire. At a Chinese festival an ambassador’s daughter gets kidnapped by a professional so they can’t see his face on the cameras. Since Henry got the new job of hiring consultants he doesn’t hire Shawn and Gus. When Shawn and Gus leave they find out the address of the kidnapped girls apartment. When they are there they find a coin hidden in a desk compartment. Shawn brings it to Jules and tries to use it to persuade her to come back. Before Shawn and Gus leave she tells them it is a counterfeit Hong Kong coin. When they go to walk out the door Lassiter comes in with case evidence also trying to get Jules to come back but she still refuses. After trying to talk to Jules, Shawn asks Lassie what he knows about the coin without telling him that he has it. Lassie tells Shawn and Gus that it has to do with the triads (Chinese gangs) that they would be the ones to counterfeit coins. He also gives him two triad name the dragon triad and the golden triad who have been on the verge of war for years. After Lassie gives them this information they go ask their old Asian assistant, Ken, if he knows anything about either. He tells them that he knows one place where the golden triad hangs out because his mother used to forbid him to go there. When Shawn and Gus go they go to a bar asking around. They see a guy who looks suspicious and follows him. After a while they come out to a bunch of guys with big guns. They get caught and taken to one of the leaders. This leader is the kidnapped girl’s father who Shawn and Gus met at the police station. He lets them go after talking with them and when Shawn leaves he sees a dragon on a piece of paper. When they leave the golden triad’s they go back to Ken’s house and ask him if he had seen it. He said yes and told them where. It was at a martial arts institute. Shawn decides to take a little kids class then decides to steak the place out later. At city hall the chief comes in to ask Jules if she is ready to come back yet. Jules says no and the chief gives her a big, long, boring case assignment. Later that night Shawn and Gus are staking out the martial arts studio. Shawn sees a man on the roof jump into a window. Shawn tries to climb up the wall but ends up falling in through a downstairs window. When they go to the room that the guy is in he is stealing from the safe. He punches Shawn and Gus and then the other guys outside the room stated fighting with the stealing man. When the man knocks the three others out he runs away with Shawn and Gus chasing him. Chasing Shawn and Gus was one of the men that was knocked down by the steeling man. When Shawn and Gus lose the man they are chasing they hide like little girls and ditch the man chasing them. When they look up from their hiding place they see the man they were chasing and follow him to an apartment building. When Shawn went into the room he found the guy making out with Becky the kidnapped girl. They told him that she was pregnant. When Shawn went to the police station and tried to tell the chief this they got a ransom photo of Becky tied up in a chair. Shawn tells them about the apartment and they all go there. When they go they are too late. Henry tells Shawn to stop working the case but Shawn goes to Jules for help. She tells him that there are two brothers in line to take over their fathers place as the dragon triad leader. She shows them the pictures of both of them and Shawn realizes that Teno the mean brother felt betrayed by Sang, the brother who is in love with Becky. Shawn and Gus go and talk to their father and tell him that Teno wants to start a war between the golden triad and the dragon triad because that is the only way he will get power. The father gives up where Teno is and he tells Shawn and Gus. Shawn then goes to Jules asking her for back-up. She says no and to tell Lassiter but Shawn says that it is her or he and Gus go down alone. When they go to find Teno he is at the martial arts studio. Shawn and Gus also find Becky and Sang tied up. Gus starts to untie Becky but Sang won’t wake up. Shawn confronts Teno and then they fight. Shawn doesn’t get hurt but he doesn’t hurt anyone else. When they are fighting Shawn accidentally pulls out a flimsy fake knife thing right when Teno surrenders. Shawn turns around and sees Jules. He tells her that Teno surrendered to him right before she walked in, but she told him that he surrendered when she walked in. When all the police come Henry is happy that Shawn solved the case but told him never to put him in a position where he had to lie for him again. After that he talks to Jules. She tells him thanks and he says the same thing. She told him all she needed was a little kick in the pants, but Shawn said that he would never kick her in the pants. He then asks if they should hug and right as they are about to Lassiter walks over. Shawn takes a rain check and leaves. Lassie comes over and gives Jules his taxes which she drops on the floor and tells him she won’t do it. When Shawn and Gus leave Shawn is supposed to give a statement but he goes to a restaurant instead.

Mr. Yin Presents..

Season 4 episode 16. Last season on psych: Shawn got involved with Mr. Yang and his mom almost died. In that episode Shawn and Gus meet Mary who knows a lot about Yang. Yang then turns out to be a girl. She told Shawn she is going to write a book that is their story. Flashback 1989, Shawn tells his dad he wants to see the Little Mermaid so he can go to the movies and actually watch Psycho. Present day, Shawn and Gus are at the movies after the movies they see Mary. He then takes them to pie. Mary tells Shawn and Gus that Yang couldn’t have done that all by herself. He said that she had a partner. When Shawn and Gus leave Mary grabs Shawn’s arm and tells him not to leave or something bad is going to happen. At the office Shawn starts to read Yang’s book. The next morning there is a dead body. It was the lady who served them their pie. Gus was the one who recognized her. When the camera gets a bird’s eye view you notice the Yin Yang symbol around the woman. When they go to the restaurant they find a note. Then Shawn figures out that there is another note at the movies. Gus then figures out the theme is Hitchcock films. When Shawn is watching them he figures out that Mary was at the movies. Shawn then thinks Mary is Yin. Shawn, Gus and Mary then go and visit Yang. She is in solitary confinement in a mental institution. She then tells Shawn that she did have another partner. If he thinks she is sick then he has seen nothing. At the station he tells the chief, Lassie and Jules about this. When they are in the chief’s office Mary shows up with the next note. Shawn and Gus go to Mary’s house while Lassie, Jules and Mary went to the park. Mary tried to catch Yin on the bus but missed him. Shawn then figures out that Mary is going to a certain address to kill his next victim. When Shawn goes into the locked room even though Lassie and Jules told him and Gus not to, they see a monitor. Shawn then realizes this is psycho and Mary is the one who is going to die. Mary then does die and Lassie, Jules and Gus run after Yin and miss him. When Shawn goes back to see Yang she tells him he has everything he need to catch yang. When they get the next clue it makes them the movie. Jules gets caught by Yang and no one can find her. Gus then remembers that Abigail gets in. he flight gets in, in half an hour. When Buzz goes to pick her up and she gets in the car Yin drugs Buzz and takes Abigail. They get a call from Abigail saying that there is no way to save them both. A little later Shawn gets a call from Jules saying where she is, and what time she is going to die, and how. Then Lassie goes to save her. Then Shawn realizes where Abigail is. Jules is tied to the edge of the clock tower. When the clock says 4:30 Jules will die. Abigail is under the pier and the water rises higher and higher. Shawn and Henry go and save her while Gus and Lassie save Jules. They both get saved and are both scared to death. When Gus calls Shawn he tells him that Juliet is okay and Shawn tells Gus that Abigail is okay. In the end, Shawn and Abigail break up on the pear because Abigail wants to make a difference and she can’t if she is dead. Back on the clock tower Jules freaks out to the paramedic guy and starts to on Lassie because she was so scared. Then Jules stars crying in Lassies arms, and doesn’t stop. Back at the office Henry scrapes the paint of the psych window. Shawn and Gus go to Mary’s funeral. Yang is still in her cell. At Yin’s house there is a picture of young Shawn with young Yang.

Head, The Tail, the Whole Damn Episode

Season 4 episode 15. Flashback 1989, Shawn had watched Jaws IV and was now scared to go into the water. Eventually Henry talks him into going in. Present day, a guy gets pulled off his boat by a shark. The next morning there is a John Doe that they think was a victim of a shark attack. Lassie then sees something he thinks is a knife wound. He tells the press that the guy was murdered. When he does this Jules leaves because she knows he can’t out Spencer, Shawn Spencer. At the corners the guy had to wait for Shawn, Gus and Jules. Lassie then tried to go back with the shark attack idea but the corners guy said that it could be a knife wound. They realize that they need a boat to go catch this shark. Jules gets them an SB PD boat and Shawn sees his dad going on his boat. Henry then catches a shark. When Shawn, Gus, Henry and Lassiter go to the storage unit the shark is gone. When Shawn finds it they meet an ocean doctor who knows a lot about sharks and tells them they have the wrong shark. Henry then flirts with her. Then they get a call that they found another leg. Henry brings Kim (the ocean doctor) along to the corners. Back at Kim’s office she tells them that there are many ways to tell where a shark is. Lassie asks questions which Kim answered. Lassie then found out that the Mayor just upped the reward. When Lassie is giving the speech Jules figures out who the dead guy is. Lassie then thinks it was a shark attack or something stupid that this guy did. Shawn then takes over and finds someone to bring them out. When Shawn does this an old man uses them to help him. Gus had to do chum duty while Shawn figures out where the shark is. Back at the station Jules now thinks it is murder. Back at the boat Shawn went under and called Henry and asks where he can talk to Kim. Shawn then realizes that they guy they are on the boat of is the killer. They confront him and then knock him out. In the end, Shawn and Gus are on the cover of the paper and brag to Lassie. At the office Henry and Kim are looking for sunscreen. Shawn then talks to Henry and tells him that he is happy for him.

Think Tank

Season 4 episode 14. Flash back 1989, Shawn is reading Charlotte’s Web. When Henry comes downstairs he asks Shawn what he is doing. Shawn tells him his book report and Henry asks if he had started the book half an hour ago. Shawn explains to him everything and Henry tells him if he gets an A on that report Henry will take him to Disney land. Present day, Shawn is accusing one guy of murder when Henry comes he tells Shawn that it wasn’t the guy he was accusing it was the owner of the restaurant. After the guy confesses Shawn leaves. When he does Gus gets to the scene. When they are standing in the parking lots a guy comes up to them and invites them to a think tank to prevent some billionaire’s assassination. When Shawn goes to the think tank with Gus they meet one lady and two guys. They are all better than Shawn just sitting in the room. When they stop for the day Shawn goes to Lassie for help. When he does this he realizes the think tank was bogus. When Shawn, Gus, Lassie and Jules all go down to the building the guy isn’t there and they realize that the guy used an alias Walter Snowden to try to figure out ways to kill Ashton Bonaventure. Shawn thinks they have 4 days but Mr. Bonaventure’s flight got in 4 hours ago. Shawn then goes to the hotel and protects Mr. Bonaventure. At the station Mr. Bonaventure puts Shawn as point. Shawn then reassembles the think tank and they all come up with a plan. Shawn decides to be the opening act for Bonaventure. When he does this he figures out that Snowden is in an air duct. When Lassie and Jules find him Shawn goes and realizes the bald guy form the think tank was his partner. When Shawn brings Bonaventure to his car the driver is the bald guy. Shawn devises a quick plan and gets him and Bonaventure out of the car safely. Lassie and Jules then arrest the bald guy. In the end, at the station Karen offers Henry a job as a liaison to deal with consistence and other agencies… etc. Henry says know and then leaves. At the office, Shawn is on the phone with the credit card company. While he was on the phone someone from Bulgaria calls the office. Shawn tries to speak Spanish but doesn’t do so well.

Death is in the Air

Season 4 episode 13. Flashback 1989, Shawn was the only kid sent home from school for lice. Henry tells him about how it only takes one person to start an outbreak. Present day, there is a lady stumbling through a mini mart type place. Meanwhile Shawn is eating breakfast burritos and dressed like he was going to go tailgating. Jules sees them on her way to have a coffee with Richard from forensics (he has big ears). In the office there is a guy who tells Shawn and Gus that he was supposed to bring a cooler to the airport this morning containing a virus but lost it when he got drunk last night. In the morning he found out that the virus was the Thornburg virus. Thornburg symptoms are headaches, weakness, bleeding and sometimes even from the eyes. Back with the lady in the mini mart, she was still stumbling around and when they guy says miss you see red blood in her eyes. She then falls down and dies with blood trickling out of her eyes. She is also wearing the gold watch that was stolen from the guy. When Lassie and Jules arrive, Shawn and Gus arrive quickly behind. Shawn says it is Thornburg but Lassie doesn’t believe him. Shawn then talks about his irrational fear of Patrick Dempsey. Jules tells him he is just jealous of his hair and smirks. When Shawn figures out that the virus might be at this café he takes everyone down there. Shawn locks the people inside when he sees the broken test tube inside the café. Then the people have to shower Shawn, Gus, Jules, Lassie and the guy from the office. They then go to where the patients are and interview them. Shawn and Gus talk to one of the guys with bad hair. When they go to the lab supplying the cure they realize the actual virus was from the same place. When they look through the main doctor’s stuff they realize that he is the pasty white guy with bad hair. When Shawn calls Jules to tell him Jules says that he bolted. The other doctor then told Shawn that there were 3 tubes of the virus. Shawn then remembers the theater and the bus station have a lot of people. They go to the bus station where they find the guy and then when the virus tube gets tossed around Shawn catches it. The guy bolted but Shawn realized he was at the hospital. At the hospital Shawn gives the guy the cure for the last tube. When Jules tries to get it she gets poked and might have the virus. Shawn realizes where the rest of the cure is because before the guy died he said Victoria 2 hours form here. Shawn and Lassie then get the cure and bring it back. When Shawn sees Gus he tells him that he realized that if there was something that was supposed to happen between him and Jules it would take time but it would happen slowly. So Shawn takes Gus’s mask and goes and tries to tell Jules how he feels. When he is doing this Gus finds out that Jules doesn’t have the virus after all. Shawn is trying to tell Jules something when Gus tells her the good news. Shawn still wants to say what he was going to say. He says a whole speech and is right about to say I love you or something like it when Lassie walks in. In the end the guy who had lost the virus in the first place met a girl who was using him and who also stole his watch. Back at the office Shawn is still obsessing over the Jules thing. When they are right about to go somewhere the doctor comes and makes Shawn give him some DNA and measures Gus’s head.

A Very Juliet Episode

Season 4 episode 12. Flashback 2003, Jules is with her boyfriend Scott at the train station. He wants her to stay in California with him but she has to go back to Miami for the rest of college and the police academy. They agree to meet in 10 years, same place, and same time. When Jules gets on the train she gives Scott a big hug and starts to board. Right as she does he tells her there is only one problem. 10 years is too long. She says 8 years and he makes it 7. Exactly seven years later, she goes down to the train station looking all pretty but Scott never shows. At the station lassie listens to Jules go on and on. He gives her strange advice. She tells him he is right and tries to go back to work. Exactly tem minutes later, Jules searches Scott’s name into the database and she doesn’t find a record of him. When she tries again it still says no matches. Jules then has McNab try to find him in the files. Before he gets a chance the chief catches them. When Jules comes upstairs Gus is there. She asks him for help but tells him not to tell Shawn. At the office Gus is searching for Scott. Shawn comes in and realizes that Gus is in the vault of secrets he decides to find Scott on his own. Exactly twenty-four hours later, Shawn had found Scott he tells Jules that Scott is dead. She gets sad and leaves. Gus then tells Shawn that Scott was her boyfriend and asks what the good news is. Shawn tells Gus that he thinks Scott was murdered. Shawn then keeps looking into Scott’s case with the help of Henry. Shawn then figured out someone’s treasury department pass code and finds a match to Scott’s name. Back at the station Lassie, Shawn and Gus need to talk to Jules about Scott. She then leaves because she tells them she just needs a little time. Shawn follows her and tells her that he doesn’t usually do bad things to people he cares about. Jules then tells Shawn about her Dumbo piece from Scott’s collection. Shawn gives her a hug and they keep walking. When Shawn and Gus are on the road Shawn told Gus they were going somewhere other than where they were actually going. Shawn had found on Ebay.com someone selling the Dumbo set minus the piece that Scott gave Jules. They think it is Scott’s murderer. Back at the station Shawn comes back with good news and bad news. When he mentions Scott she is like Shawn not now. He then tells her that Scott is alive and Scott walks into the room. Jules is shocked. She can’t believe what she is seeing. She runs over to him and he picks her up and hugs her. They kiss then Jules asks Shawn what the bad news is. Shawn tells her there is none but then the chief comes out of her office with some. They find out that Scott was in witness protection. Scott doesn’t want to go back but the guy who is in jail has men on the outside. Jules has Scott at her house when she sees a shadow and then Lassie comes to the door Scott realizes this wasn’t a date. She was protecting him. At the station Shawn learns about what happened the night before at Jules’s apartment. Shawn and Gus then go to see the guy who Scott put away. Shawn makes a deal that J.K Wearing (the guy in jail) won’t hurt Scott if Shawn proves his innocence. When Shawn and Gus go back to the building Shawn figures out that the bullet went into a nearby tree. When he looks in the tree he finds the bullet. When he finds it a guy with a mask and gun comes running. Shawn has to jump down. When Shawn leads everyone to the sight they see the whole. Shawn doesn’t believe that and when he looks up he knows the real killer got the bullet out and tells everyone. Back at the station Jules is saying goodbye to Scott. When Shawn looks out the chief’s window he realizes that the Marshal was the one who killed his partner. Shawn followed him and Scott to an empty lot. Shawn gave him the mono on mono speech. They fought and then right before the Marshal shot Shawn, Scott knocked him out. When the police get there they arrest the Marshal. When Jules talks to Scott she looks over at Shawn and Shawn nods. Then Gus asks him about the mono on mono speech. In the end, Jules and Scott are at the train station. He decides to get his life back together. Jules has an idea that they meet up in three years. When Scott boards the train right before it pulls out he tells her that there is only one problem, three years is too long. She says two years and Scott says how about one. Jules says see you then. As the train is rolling out of the station Scott blows Juliet a kiss, and Juliet blows one back to him.

Thrill Seekers and Hell Raisers

Season 4 episode 11. Flashback 1989, Shawn and Gus want to base jumping. They make life size dummies to practice. Henry sees them and tells them to come inside. Present day, Shawn and Gus are with bunnies. Gus then tells Shawn that he has a secret girlfriend named Ruby. She meets all of Shawn’s requirements so Shawn catches her off guard with her friends. They go river rafting and Stu falls off. The police find Stu’s life jacket in the water. Lassie thinks he is dead but Shawn realizes he is very much alive. At the station Jules had found out that Stu and his business partner filed for bankruptcy. Shawn then thinks Ruby had something to do with Stu’s disappearance. When Shawn and Gus bring Ruby to Henry’s house Shawn thinks he is wrong. When Gus tells Ruby what Shawn thinks she tells Gus that he is right. She tells Gus everything that happened but told him he couldn’t tell Shawn. Later that day they find the partner’s body. He had been shot. Back at the station Jules showed Shawn and Gus the insurance policy that the two men had taken out for one million dollars, and had named each other as beneficiaries. Shawn also needed to read a guy in the interrogation room. Shawn could tell that he wasn’t hiding anything. When he looked at Gus he saw all the signs of someone who is hiding something.  When they go to the climbing wall Ruby is there with her friends Shawn tells her what he thinks is right and Ruby tells him that she knows that he is right. Shawn is mad at Gus and then tells the police about Ruby’s involvement and where Stu was hiding. When they got to the place they find Stu dead. It looks like a suicide but there wasn’t a note. All friends are asked questions as a group in the conference room by the chief. Jessica also knew about Stu going away because he came to her first but she said no. Then Jessica and Ruby got into a fight. Gus leaves with Ruby but Shawn goes to his friend at the morgue. The guy tells him he thinks it is a certain kind of gun. Jules looks and sees that Jessica has one of these guns. Shawn calls Gus and tells him to stay away from Jessica. When Gus told Shawn that Ruby was paragliding with Derik Shawn realized Jessica wasn’t the one. It was Derik. Shawn and Gus go and save Ruby and take down Derik. In the end, Gus and Ruby break up and Shawn asks Gus if they only had each other to survive how long would Gus want Shawn to wait before he ate him. Gus didn’t answer and Jules thought it was gross. Lassie agreed with Shawn and then told them all something else weird and they all left him standing in the middle of the hall alone.

You Can't Handle This Episode

Season 4 episode 10. Flashback 1989, Shawn is watching TV when an army commercial comes on. Henry tells him to get up. He says look at these guys jumping out of helicopters and repelling down mountains. What does that make you want to do with your life? Shawn says go into advertising because that was a really catchy jingle and he can’t get it out of his head. Present day, there was a possible suicide or murder. Shawn brought Abigail down to the crime scene. Shawn thinks it is murder and realizes there is something in the man’s throat. In there were dog tags so this guy was military. Jules knows someone who may be able to help. It is her brother. When she calls him people are chasing him and shooting at him. Once he gets on a water vehicle his boss calls. Mission Complete is what her brother Ewan tells his boss. Ewan calls Jules little sis because she is his little sister.  He calls her and tells her that they swallow their dog tags as a sign of guilt. Suicide is a disgraceful act so a military sergeant would swallow his or her dog tags. Ewan asks Jules if she would like to talk over dinner. She says to him “you are in the country?” Ewan replies “better yet I am in the state. I think I will float in around 9:00.” At the station Ewan tells everyone his stories of some of his jobs. He tells Shawn that Jules had said a lot about him. Gus on the other hand she said nothing about so Ewan pretended to know him. Later that day Ewan gets Jules, Lassie, Shawn and Gus onto the military base. Ewan is somehow involved in this case because he shredded evidence and Shawn realizes the case file was tampered with. Shawn and Gus sneak onto the base but then get caught. When they are in major general’s office they see Ewan outside. When they tell Lassie that they think Ewan is involved Lassie asks if they are saying that they think that Jules’s brother is a murderer. Shawn tells him maybe but it is just a hunch. Jules overhears this conversation and gets mad at Shawn. Shawn apologizes and then they have Ewan get them back on the base. Jules is still mad but let’s Shawn and Gus tag along anyway. While they are there Ewan’s boss calls and Ewan tells him that he shredded evidence and he is doing everything to slow it down. Shawn asks if Ewan can get them in late night. Ewan says yes. Back at off the base, Shawn and Abigail were spooning and he keeps looking at his watch. She figures out he has somewhere to be. He tells her that he does and gets out of bed and puts on his pants. They argue and she tells him she is going to Uganda. He tells her that’s not fair because she is going for 6 months or longer. She wanted him to come with and he says that is also not fair because everything is here. What would he do in Uganda for 6 months or more? Then she asks where that leaves them. Shawn doesn’t know the answer to that question but thinks it is a fair one. At the army base Shawn, Gus and Ewan figure out what is going on. In the major general’s office he thanks Shawn. When Ewan is about to leave, Shawn goes outside and talks to him. He then thinks back and realizes that he was right. Ewan did have something to do with this. When Gus comes outside and Shawn opens his eyes Ewan is gone. They follow him down to the docks. He is about to kill a lieutenant Shawn stalls him while Jules comes in. she arrests Ewan and Lassie arrests the other guy. In the end, Jules is waiting for him to be put on a prison transport bus but there was no record of him Jules is like hmm and crosses her arms. At an airport Shawn is leaving Abigail there to go to Uganda. They kiss and then her flight boards and she has to go.

Shawn Takes a Shot in the Dark

Season 4 episode 9. Flashback 1989, Henry is teaching Shawn about worst case scenarios. Present day, Gus is at a storage place and Shawn isn’t there. Gus had called Lassie and Jules to help him figure out where Shawn is. Shawn is in the back of a car. Flashback 1989, Henry locks Shawn in the trunk of the car he tells him to kick out the tail light. Present day, Shawn kicks out the tail light then on his phone while his hands are duct taped Shawn tries to call Gus but instead calls Gina. She hangs up on Shawn. When Shawn rips out of the duct tape he can’t call because there isn’t enough service so he texts Gus. He tells him about the yellow sign, the orange cone and the peace sign. Then he texts him something that sounded like been shot because that was what it was supposed to be. When Lassie goes over to a little pool he figures out its blood. Gus realizes Shawn has been shot and tells Jules. When they get more people down there Gus had called Henry. Lassie is mad but Jules tells Lassie that they might need him in case it gets personal. Lassie takes Henry while Jules stays with Gus. She tells him to think hard. Gus says it all started a few days ago with the ice cream truck on the highway. A few days ago, there was an accident with an ice cream truck and Shawn didn’t think it was an accident. Lassie and Jules came and then gave the case to Shawn and Gus. Back in the car, Shawn with his wound manages to pop open the trunk and then the guy starts swerving so Shawn can’t jump. When the guy stops Shawn jumps out and runs. He accidently leaves his phone in the car. Back with Henry and Lassie, Henry figures out that the letters are abbreviations. They figure out the ocone is orange cone, and yelrfx is yellow reflectors. They figure out is a construction site and Lassie knows a road where they are doing construction. They still don’t know what peac sig is. Back with Jules and Gus, Jules asked Gus where this led them. The other day, they met a guy who did welding on trucks named Garth Longmore (the same guy who chased Shawn in the woods). Back with Jules and Gus, Jules and Gus go down to the mechanics place and the guy tells them Garth quit yesterday. He tells them what kind of car Garth was driving and that he ran off with a welding tool. Back with Shawn, he is still running through the woods. Flashback, Henry asks him “what is the fastest way to run from an assailant” and the answer is a zigzag because a straight line is the shortest distance between two points. Back with Shawn, he does exactly that and looses the guy by hiding in a tree. Back with Lassie and Henry, the find the peace sign, the yellow reflector and the orange cone. When they get out there is taillight on the ground. Henry knows it is Shawn and Lassie asks how. Henry tells Lassie that it is because he was the one who taught Shawn how to do it. Back with Jules and Gus, they figure out that the guy is a criminal who bought the social security number of Garth Longmore who died in 1956 on the black market. They tell Lassie and Henry who then make their way on foot. Back with Shawn, he woke up then found a gas station. The guy inside was another man working with the guy who kidnapped Shawn. When Shawn wakes up the two men are fighting. The guy tells Shawn that he wants to shoot him. Shawn figures out that the other guy could have killed Shawn from 3 feet but didn’t. Back with Lassie and Henry, Lassie is tired but Henry just keeps on running. Henry then finds a piece of Shawn’s shirt on a branch and knows he went that way. Back with Gus and Jules, they go to Shawn’s apartment. Jules thinks it is funny that the first time she ever went to Shawn’s apartment he was shot and dragged into the back of a car. She sees Abigail’s toothbrush and asks Gus about that. He says they have reached the he has a drawer she has a toothbrush. Back with Shawn he is saying random things about the guys’ plans to one of the guys. Back with Lassie and Henry, they found the gas station but the younger guy leads them off the track. When the guys fight Shawn gets a call and goes to his phone and answers. He tells the old guy he wants to say goodbye to his girlfriend Abigail but instead he calls Jules. He tells Jules if she cares about him she will understand. He can’t say a lot so listen. Jules sits down and listens to Shawn. He tells her that they won’t have much of a future together but back at what they were he will be there. The wind chimes he got her for her birthday indicating the wrenches outside that bang together. He tells her every time she hears them from now on that will be him. Jules doesn’t understand what he is saying and tells him he is going to be fine and that they are going to find him and not to worry. The old guy next to Shawn tells him to say I love you and goodbye. He says to Jules “before I go I have to say one more thing.” Jules says “of course Shawn what is it?” Shawn says “I need you to know that I love you.” When he says this Jules doesn’t know what to say. She says “Shawn I think that I…” only to be cut off by Shawn saying “goodbye Abigail.” When he says goodbye she is like what. After he hangs up the guy asks how stupid could he be letting him use the phone. Back with Jules and Gus, Jules calls Lassie and tells him that Shawn is alive and he was trying to give her clues and she didn’t understand. Then they realize he is back at the gas station. When they all get there the old guy is dead and Shawn and the young guy are gone. Jules drives Gus’s car and Lassie gets his back. When they find Shawn he jumps on Lassies hood. The guy shoots Gus’s car tire so Gus and Jules put along behind. Shawn shoots the truck with Lassie’s gun to make him stop. When they arrest the guy Jules and Gus come putting behind. In the end, Shawn tells Gus that he had to tell Jules that he loved her and Gus asked if it was awkward. Shawn says a little and that the weird thing was that he things she was going to say it back to him. Gus says she was probably doing what she had to do but Shawn doesn’t think so.

Let's Get Hairy

Season 4 episode 8. Flashback 1989, Shawn and Gus are on a camping trip running through the woods because they left their troupe. Shawn and Gus thought they saw a werewolf so they ran back. When Henry caught them they heard it again. Henry looked then they all ran. Present day, Shawn and Gus are about to watch the rumble. They still have their dolls and everything there. Right as it is about to start some guy walks in and tells Shawn and Gus that he thinks he is a werewolf. Shawn and Gus tie him up and watch the rumble. They also tell him he can’t eat the Fries Quarto Caso Del Fruitos. When it is over Shawn and Gus fall asleep only to be awoken by the sound of their window breaking. Shawn and Gus find hair and bring it to Jules. They secretly have her test it. When Shawn and Gus go to Stuart’s Doctor, Dr. Ken Tucker the lady, Myrtle, wouldn’t let them see the doctor. At the station there is another article in the paper about two dead hunters. When Shawn and Gus are leaving the doctor’s office Lassie and Jules come. They see the doctor and the doc says that Stu was a very troubled young man. Shawn and Gus then go to the restaurant where the patient they saw leaving works. They talk to her but she doesn’t really talk about Ken to them. Back at the office Shawn and Gus find Stu naked in the closet. Gus has Stu put on his Halloween costume so he is dressed. They then leave Stu with his sister. Shawn and Gus decide to break into Ken’s office after hours and they do exactly that. When they look through the files the girls isn’t there. Shawn then finds horse tranquilizer in a bottle the same kind that Stu was taking. When Shawn, Gus, Jules and Lassie go to the store the sister says that Ken came by and took Stu. Jules asked Shawn what that means and Shawn tells her that somebody is going to die. Shawn has Gus figure out where the girl from the doctor’s office lived and told Lassie and Jules she could be anywhere from where she worked to her house a 15 block radios because the buses stopped running an hour ago she would walk home. When Shawn and Gus didn’t find her at the restaurant and Lassie and Jules didn’t find her at her house they went looking between the two. Jules got dropped off by Lassie at a location where she found the doctor right as he was about to kill the girl. Gus goes up into the woods and finds Stu. Lassie and Jules then arrest Ken after Shawn says what happened and gives Jules the wolf pallet. In the end, Henry gives up the truck for the orphan kids and lets the other guy have them. Then Shawn, Gus and Henry go and get waffles.

High Top Fade Out

Season 4 episode 7. Flashback 1989, Shawn wants a home computer but Henry says no. Instead Henry gets him a kid’s detective kit. Present day, a guy is being chased by guys with guns. He went up the fire escape later then to be suffocated by the same men. Shawn and Gus do to a funeral. It is of one of Gus’s college friends that he was in a band with. During the reception the other two band members go over to Shawn and tell him they think their friend was murdered. Shawn takes the case without asking Gus. At the office the entire group got an email saying it’s so hard to say goodbye with an encrypted file from Lenard (the other guy in the group). At the station Jules was upset because of something and acting kind of mean to Shawn and Gus by speaking with authority. She said that Lenard’s death was a hit and run. Shawn pretended that he was one of the doctors and Gus was the body. He asks the other guy about the hit and run. With what the guy told Shawn, Gus said it could also be asphyxiation and that they could have made the death look like a hit and run. When Shawn and Gus go to Lenard’s office the meet Chelsea and talk to her about Lenard. She tells them she doesn’t know much about him because they had just started talking before he died. Shawn and Gus decide to stash the other members of the group at Henry’s house. When Shawn and Gus got there they had shot themselves with bi be guns. When Shawn and Gus go check out a warehouse the other guys follow them. Shawn tells them to go back to Henry’s but they don’t listen. The two guys end up getting abducted. Back at the station Jules is now really mad a Shawn and Shawn tells her that he cares about his best friend not being the next victim and leaves with Gus and Lassie yells at Jules. Shawn and Gus then decide to do exactly what they would do if they were on the case. They manage to get into the heart of a big drug deal and get captured by a guy who is an undercover cop. Lassie and Jules leave them with hoods in the interrogation room all night. When Lassie takes off their hoods they both scream like little girls. Before Jules leaves she says she is sorry that they can’t crack the code for the inscription. When Shawn and Gus see the other two guys Shawn figures out that the encryption is the song it’s so hard to say goodbye like the band used to sing. They crack the encryption they find out that Chelsea was the one behind all of this and she gets arrested. In the end, Shawn gets to join the group for a wedding but they try to change the name and Gus gets mad.

Bollywood Homicide

Season 4 episode 6. Flashback1989, Shawn is writing a valentine. Henry sees that and gives him advice on what to write. Shawn has him write her name in swooping letters but when Shawn tells Henry write her name it is his teacher. Present day, an Indian guy is seeing a girl, Mina, but has another girl in the picture. After he leaves, Mina almost gets hit by a truck while sitting on the porch. At the station Shawn brings Abigail around to see everything. Lassie wants to make a fool of Shawn in front of Abigail. In the interrogation room Raj (the Indian guy) says it was him who committed the crimes. Lassie goes to Shawn and tells him he needs help. Shawn asks why he commits these crimes and Raj tells him because he is cursed. Lassie, Jules and Abigail are all in the viewing room laughing. Lassie is laughing harder than the rest of them though. At the dancing place where Mina works Lassie and Jules come too. They think the truck thing was an accident at first so Shawn pretends to rid Raj of his curse. Later that day Shawn and Gus are at Mina’s dance ritual. When Lassie and Jules come, Shawn notices that she is going to fall through the trap door. He gets to her just in time and saves her life. When Mina goes to the hospital Raj breaks up with her and is mad at Shawn. At the door Shawn notices a screw that was made of plastic and says something to Jules about the choreography. Later that night Shawn, Gus and Abigail go to Raj’s house where he shuts the door in their faces twice, and then finally Shawn gets him to let them in. While they are there Lassie and Jules come and arrest Raj’s brother Jay. Shawn and Gus then do some real investigating and get Jay out of jail. Then they were going o use Mina as bait because whenever Raj is in a serious relationship that girl always ends up hurt. Jules is listening in on this conversation and has an idea. She uses herself as bait. When they do this over 3 weeks Raj and Jules go on 3 dates (4 according to Shawn). Jules then has another idea. They decide to get married. At the festival after Raj and Jules announced their engagement a man comes over and tells Lassie that there was another person Raj was seeing. Lassie thinks Raj’s first confession was the truth but Shawn and Gus don’t think so. When they follow Lassie they find Raj on the ground. They then realize that no one is watching Jules and Shawn, Gus, Lassie and Abigail go look for her. Shawn finds her and Abigail and Gus run to where Shawn is. They all then see Jay’s fiancé had Jules hostage. Shawn reveals the truth Jules breaks free Shawn gets slapped by a girl and then Jules holds up her gun. She tells the fiancé that next time she takes a hostage check them for weapons. After she says this the fiancé gets arrested and Lassie comes over. In the end Shawn is still giving Abigail the tour of the station. She says she was shocked that he risked his life for a random co-worker (Jules). Shawn then says she isn’t random and looks away. Lassie has another case and tells Jules to come along. Abigail tells Shawn to go but Shawn lets Lassie have that one. Abigail says okay and then kisses Shawn. They then decide to do fake mug shots instead of fingerprinting themselves.

Shawn Gets the Yips

Season 4 episode 5. Flashback 1989, Shawn and Henry are playing baseball. Shawn does a really good throw to the 1^st baseman. The second time Shawn ends up throwing it through Henry’s trucks window, because Henry told him to try something new. Present day, the department’s softball team just won a game. Shawn tells them all about his mental block in his game of throwing over 1^st base. When the people come with Gus’s food Shawn is angry because he never got his pizza chilly cheese fries. When he is talking to the manager he sees a guy with a gun. He goes and tells Lassie but then they bring out the cake for Buzz’s birthday. At the end of the song Shawn finally tells Lassie and Lassie takes out two guns and starts shooting rounds. The guy then escapes. When the chief gets down there Lassie thinks it is armed robbery but Shawn realizes it wasn’t armed robbery, the man was there to kill one of them. Shawn and Gus go back to the restaurant and realize that the shooter was targeting Lassie. They call Jules and confirm that the found motel room key was a dummy lead. When Shawn calls Lassie to warn him that someone is trying to kill him Lassie bends down to get his phone. When he does someone shoots at his car. He is mad because he just got it back from the shop. Shawn evidentially saved Lassie’s life. Back at the station Lassie is put under 24 hour guard in the station. When Shawn, Gus and Jules look over all of Lassie’s old files Lassie keeps talking to them so the go to the psych office. At the office Shawn realizes that Ivan Petrovich just got out of jail and was the one after Lassie. Shawn and Gus were listed on the case for some reason and got paid. Shawn had lost the cordless phone again so they couldn’t order pizza. Jules had to leave because she had to tell the chief. When she does Lassie tells her Buzz helped him work the case too. When Jules goes to check on Buzz his mailbox explodes when he turns the key and shoots him into the pool. They then realize that Petrovich is targeting all of the people on the file. Jules calls Gus but wasn’t able to get a hold of Shawn. When Gus goes to the office he finds Shawn on the elliptical. When he asks what Shawn is doing Shawn shows him the water bottle that says if your heart rate drops below 150 you die. There is also a flashing orange light under the elliptical. Gus had called the bomb squad. When Jules got there they showed her the note. She told them she wrote it to motivate Shawn. Then they ask about the beeping orange light and it turns out to be the cordless phone. Gus then tells Jules that they are idiots. Back at the station Shawn and Gus are being all aware of their surroundings making sure nothing tries to blow them up. Inside the chief is putting Lassie back on the case. Shawn realizes that where Petrovich used to do his drug dealing has a secret room. Shawn finds it and Lassie shoots Petrovich. Later they find out Petrovich had already been dead for 2 hours. Shawn realizes that the kid who overdosed father was the one who killed Petrovich. When Shawn remembers that it is the anniversary of the kid’s death he knows where Lassie is. He saves Lassie but then breaks the cordless phone that he had in his pocket. In the end Shawn gets over his mental block of over throwing 1^st base but then has a hitting mental block.

The Devil Is In the Details and in the Upstairs Bedroom

Season 4 episode 4. Flashback 1989, Henry had to come to the church. The priest told Henry that Shawn couldn’t get through one lesson without Shawn questioning everything. Shawn explained what he thought didn’t make sense and Henry agreed. The then got kicked out of the church. Present day, a girl named Agatha is running away from her friend and jumps off a building. When the friend gets down to the ground from the roof Agatha’s eyes are closed. When she looks at Agatha for a second her eyes opened. The next morning Gus drags Shawn down there and Shawn is mad. Gus then tells them he is visiting an old friend too. That old friend was Father Wesley.  When they try to talk to him Lassie gets mad and takes Father Wesley away. Shawn knows she committed suicide but Lassie thinks it is murder because why would a model student jump off a building. Father Wesley says she could be possessed. At the office Shawn doesn’t think Agatha was possessed. Shawn and Gus find the ex-boyfriend and when they go to him Lassie and Jules are already there. Shawn and Gus then pretend to be grief counselors. They find out about Agatha’s best friend Lucy. When they go to Lucy’s house they still pretend to be grief counselors named Shawn and Shawn (no relation). When they go upstairs Lucy is acting all crazy like she is possessed. Shawn doesn’t believe Gus so he goes home. He then goes to Henry’s house because Henry took Shawn’s x-box. Henry gives him advice about what to do and tells him to go back. Shawn does but Gus had called Father Wesley already. They do the extradition and Lucy is normal again. Back at the station Jules shows Shawn the toxicology reports and there were no traces of the usual narcotics or the handful of other drugs they test for. Back at the office Shawn realizes that it was another medication. He goes through Gus’s book of medication and makes a list of medicines with a side effect that makes you go crazy. Back at Henry’s house Shawn asks Henry what he does when he knows his partner is wrong. Henry tells Shawn to tell his partner but in the most respectful way possible. Shawn does exactly that. He takes Shawn to the church and tells Gus about the L-dopa that was found in Agatha’s system after Shawn sent in the list of meds. Gus knew it was the Parkinson’s medication and Father Wesley had Parkinson’s. Father Wesley gets arrested and Gus is like what? Shawn tells Gus that he is sorry. Gus figures out that Father Wesley is innocent and then Shawn and Gus use the bible to prove that. They figure out that Lucy gave Agatha the medication. Jules then arrests her. In the end, Shawn does confessions. He also comes up with a theme song for the church. First he tries “Bum, Bum, Bum Wafers.” Then he tries “bum, bum, bum Holy Ghost.” Father Wesley says “I like that. Holy Ghost.” Shawn is like yeah then Father Wesley says “yes.”

High Noon-ish

Season 4 episode 3. Flashback 1989, Shawn and Gus had been playing cowboys in Henry’s yard. Henry asked Shawn why there was a hole in his front yard and Shawn tells him that Gus mad him dig his on grave. Henry asked if they were playing cowboys and Indians and Shawn said “just cowboys. Indians is offensive.” Henry then makes him fill in the hole. Present day, Shawn and Gus are in the car with Lassie. The doors are locked so Gus thinks Lassie is going to kill them. He then tells him where he is taking them. Lassie tells them that the town is called Old Senora. When Shawn and Gus go into the sheriff’s office the sheriff called Lassie, Binky. Shawn decided to start calling Lassie that because he thought it was funny. When Shawn and Gus follow the sheriff outside after he talks to them, he shoots a man. Shawn and Gus then realize that it is a tourist trap. That night when Shawn and Gus were there something spooked the horses. Hank ends up getting trampled and the next day Shawn takes his place as sheriff because of Hank’s leg. During the night Shawn and Gus has also found a body. That body belonged to a millionaire who wanted Old Senora. Lassie tried to get in on the case but the other people wouldn’t let him. Shawn figures out that Deputy Sheriff Tripsy was at the stall. Tripsy tells Shawn and Gus that he was working for McBain (the guy who wanted to buy the land). While they were together they see a man on a horse. They all think it is the ghost rider. Back at the station Shawn tells Lassie and Jules about what they found. Shawn likes his sheriff’s badge so he keeps pointing it out to Jules. Before he stands up he tips his hat a Jules and winks. Jules smiles at him and kind of laughs to herself. Shawn goes back to Old Senora and thinks Gus is right about it just being old. Shawn and Gus then see Hank there. He is packing up to leave. He had accepted the offer to turn Old Senora into that park. Shawn tells him he can’t leave but Hank doesn’t care. Back at the station Lassie was wanted to help with the Old Senora case. He realizes that the bullet found in McBain’s body was from some kind of original gun that Hank had. When they arrested him he had fired his weapon actually recently. Shawn goes to Henry to ask for help because he knows Hank is innocent. Henry tells him to go back to Old Senora and check things out. When Shawn and Gus do they find that someone had been mining there for because there was some gold. Shawn realizes it was Stinky Feet (Stinky Pete). When Stinky Pete comes he hits Gus over the head. Back at the station they figured out that Hank’s bullets don’t match the one found in McBain’s body. Hank knows that Stinky Pete has one just like his and tells Lassie. Before the cops get to Old Senora, Pete tells Shawn and Gus that he must have got the lines blurred between actor and role. He then knocks down rocks trapping Shawn and Gus in the mineshaft. Shawn realizes there is water and finds a tunnel leading out of there. When they get out the police are there to arrest Pete. Shawn and Gus are a little behind Pete and come out form where they are. Lassie and Pete go through the cowboy move where the first one to grab his gun usually loses. Lassie gets his gun after Pete and shoots him without being shot. The people watching boo Lassie but then he tells them he actually shot him and to clear out. In the end, Lassie tells Hank he can fix Old Senora with the money he made from selling gold. Shawn mentions the part about how now Hank will be filthy rich. Hank liked Annie so he went and asked her to marry him. Lassie told Shawn that if he ever called him binky again that he would shoot him.

He Dead

Season 4 episode 2. Flashback 1989, Shawn and Henry have to go to a party with vegans so they fake sick. Present day, Shawn and Gus have to find a billionaire’s plane and they do. They then get hired by the wife but Shawn figures out about her affair and the maid’s. Shawn then goes back to the station and makes this a real police investigation. When they go to the club Shawn and Gus find out that one of Clay’s gulf buddies lost a plane in one of their games. That plane was the one Clay crashed in. Shawn goes to the airport and finds a stop in the log book that wasn’t on the official records. He finds out it is at the great green hope. Shawn thinks the owner is his mistress but it turns out to be her father. Abigail wasn’t supposed to meet Henry but she met him then made plans for the three of them to go out. Shawn finds out from one of the gulf buddies that his whole thing was a Ponzi scheme. Out at dinner there is a break in the case and the guy handed over the evidence. Shawn leaves and gets to the hotel where Lassie and Jules are waiting. When they go in the guy is dead. Shawn and Gus figure out it is the daughter’s husband and tells them at the funeral. In the end, Henry had figured out what he would say in those 15 seconds but he didn’t get a chance to because Shawn left already. He was going to say I love you.

Extradition: Brittish Columbia

Season 4 episode 1. Flashback 1989, Shawn is the only one who didn’t turn in his art project. He said that someone stole it. Henry asks why and Shawn says it is the perfect crime. Henry tells Shawn there is no such thing as the perfect crime then hands him paint and paper and tells him to paint something pretty. Present day, Shawn and Gus want an advance on their next case because they are going on a ski vacation. It is the middle of summer so Shawn and Gus go to Canada. While they are on the top of the mountain Shawn realizes that he sees one guy he recognizes. This guy’s name is Pierre Despereaux. Shawn calls Lassie to find out information on Despereaux but Lassie tells them that they don’t have jurisdiction anywhere especially Canada. When Shawn and Gus go to the Vancouver police he tells them that he is Lassie and Jules’s superior. He has someone call and has Lassie and Jules come up to Canada. When they first arrive Lassie is mad because he wasn’t allowed to bring his gun to Canada. Jules is like you really thought that wouldn’t set off the metal detector. Then he says he wants to see if there is one in the hotel. Jules is like yeah they will have one right in the gift shop. After this Jules gets a call from Shawn saying that Despereaux struck already. When they get down there the guy wouldn’t let Lassie and Jules in until Shawn said it was okay. When he says hi to Jules he tells her she looks normal and stuff because of all the weird tension between them at the end of last season.  When they figure out what happened Shawn realized Despereaux was on the roof. When Shawn and Gus go up there he is there then he jumps of the building. Shawn and Gus were mad because no one came to back them up. When they did come, Despereaux was already gone. Because of this they didn’t really believe Shawn that much. When Shawn and Gus went to dinner Despereaux was there. He wrote down everything he was going to do and when then left. When Shawn tells then tells the police about the painting. When they are on the steak out Shawn asks Jules about what she was wearing. She tells him that they can still talk as friends and he told her that he knows that. When there is a man on the dock Shawn tells the men do not approach, but the men approach and the painting is stolen. Later that night Shawn and Gus go on a carriage ride and Gus realizes that this was supposed to be a romantic weekend for Shawn and Abigail. Shawn tells him yes and that her teacher meetings got rescheduled so she couldn’t go and that is why he invited Gus to go along with him at the last minute. Then Gus pushes Shawn out of the carriage and Shawn has to walk. When he does this he finds Despereaux’s hotel and figures out his alias then goes in his room. Shawn thinks Despereaux is going to come home and Shawn is going to scare him, but he is already there and scares Shawn. When Shawn is there Despereaux shows him his gun and Shawn realizes that Despereaux won’t leave until Tuesday and it is only Sunday. He has one more thing to steel. Shawn realizes that on the note Despereaux wrote when he said treat himself like a king he meant he was going to steel something that has to do with kings. Shawn looks through one of the books Macintosh created of things Despereaux might steel he finds a crown. Macintosh happened to be on the team that created the security system for this particular museum. Shawn had him disable the lasers that led to the crown and the box the crown was in. When Shawn got to the crown and touched the box the alarm went off. Henry came up and bailed Shawn and Gus out of jail. When they both get out Shawn realizes that the owners just handed him the items. Shawn and Gus go to where the plane is waiting and confront him. Despereaux thought he got away with it but he was wrong. When Lassie tells him he bets he isn’t happy to see him Despereaux tells him he has no idea who Lassie is. Lassie takes his gun but the Vancouver police make him had it over. In the end Shawn takes Jules to maybe the most romantic place on earth. Jules asks Shawn if he thinks that is odd that he invited her there and yet he is in a relationship. He tells her that he is not letting himself feel uncomfortable around her. He also says that he can keep this platonic (their friendship) as long as she is. She is like “oh please I can” and Shawn says “I can too.” Jules is like “Great” when she walks away Shawn is like “but how?” Jules makes Shawn shown her what he had planned for this perfect date. There is an opera singer, a balloon artist and a mime working on his own. Shawn asks if she has seen enough and Jules tells him more than. She asks if Abigail was into opera and Shawn says not really just those kinds of Italian men. Shawn then tells her that the bridge they were standing on was built by wolves.

An Evening with Mr.Yang

Season 3 episode 16. Present day, Shawn and Gus are at a restaurant. Shawn asks the waitress to marry him. To prove a point Shawn calls Abigail (from the high school reunion). They have plans to go at 7. At the station the chief gets a note with the Yin Yang symbol. She calls Shawn and tells him to get down to the station immediately. When he is there they read the note. The note said “Hey everybody I’m back for one night only. I am going to kill someone tonight. Guess who? Guess how? Guess where? This is going to be so much fun. Mr. Yang.” Lassie thinks it is talking about him but then the chief shows the other note. “PS….  OH, AND BRING YOUR PSYCHIC ALONG.” Everyone turns and looks at Shawn but Shawn says he could be talking about anyone. Then the chief moves to the next side that has a picture of him. Shawn then has another riddle which leads him to the kidnapped girl. The girl is the waitress from this morning. Then the riddle there leads Shawn back to the station where there is a package with a mouse and he has to read the fine print. The fine print is the news paper under the mouse. Then that leads Shawn to the coal train that doesn’t stop so Shawn and Gus chase it. The find the next clue and realize it leads to the peer. The clue said “follow the birds which leads them onto the dock and then you have 8 rings to pick up the phone or the girl is dead.” Shawn doesn’t answer the phone he throws it in the lake and everyone is mad. Shawn realizes that he is watching from the psych office. Shawn then pretends to quit then when he realizes you will find the girl with the car Lassie calls. He tells Shawn that they found the car and he needs to get to the hotel. When he does the girl is there and alive but Mr. Yang has Shawn’s mom. Shawn realizes where she is and that he has her car. When he finds her she is at the drive in theater but she is strapped. The light on her back was a decoy but there was an actual bomb. Shawn was one step ahead of everyone except Yang. When Shawn asks when he is Maddie uses her eyes and signals to the car next to them. Shawn looks up and the lady in the next car shows him the switch and smile. She tells him this is the end of the beginning and to think about something on his date tonight. Shawn then gets the switch from her and she gets arrested. Henry takes Maddie out of the car and gives her a hug. Mary (Mary is a guy) says he needs a new hobby because he has been chasing her for 13 years. Shawn tells him racquetball and walks away. Outside Shawn asks his mom if there is anything he can do. Maddie said that Henry was talking care of her and to go have fun on his date and that life is more than catching bad guys. In the end Shawn is still having his date with Abigail but at the drive in theater. He asks her how she feels about popped corn and she says “I like it very much.” Inside Shawn is putting together their meal of popped corn and soda when Jules comes in. Shawn says “Jules what are you doing here.” He also says something about putting Mr. Yang in a strait jacket. Jules gives him a speech about how there has been mixed signals between them and then asks Shawn on a proper date. He tells her that her timing is absolutely awful. When he says this, her smile changes to like oh my god I just completely opened myself up and now he is already on a date. She gives him a kiss on the cheek and tells him to get out there and that she won’t wait forever. When Jules leaves Shawn goes back outside he looks sad because he had liked Jules all this time and when she finally asked him out he couldn’t go. Abigail asks if he is okay and he says he is fine even though is still probably thinking about what Jules said. He tells her that he is upset because they are all out of butter because he doesn’t want the same thing to happen with them on the peer. When they go in the car, Gus is in there too because it is a company car. Abigail is like oh my god and then they all watch the movie.

Tuesday the 17th

Season 3 episode 15. Flashback 1988, Shawn and Gus had gone to camp Tikihama and Shawn was mad at Gus for not being on his team for the piñata contest. Gus asked Shawn were his piñata was and Shawn said wouldn’t you like to know. When they drive of the camera moves to the lake where Shawn’s piñata that looks like a person is chained to a rock at the bottom of the lake. 20 years later, there is a counselor at a camp in a cabin alone. She is watching a movie with an ax murderer and then she gets abducted herself. At the office Shawn and Gus are arguing about tacos and burritos. When they are standing outside of the office they see Shawn’s piñata. When they look around they see Cunningham (the guy Gus mad his piñata with). He tells them about the girl, Annie, who had been abducted. Shawn takes this case because Gus makes him. At the station Lassie brings the chief flowers because they are the ones that he decided not to bring to his wife. He also brought the chief chocolate. At the camp Shawn and Gus meet the other counselors. Gus liked Ceci the other female counselor. Shawn was like really Gus really. When Shawn, Gus, and Ceci went to the cabins they went to the laundry shack were they found Annie’s clothes with what they thought to be blood stains. During this time Cunningham was acting all weird by having two left nurses’ shoes on and holding some kind of big doll. He also wouldn’t let the counselors talk about something. The two male counselors went alone and Gus and Ceci went together to find Annie while Shawn stayed in the laundry room. Shawn makes a phone call to someone while he is there alone. At the restaurant Lassie got there at 5:20 but his reservations weren’t until 7:00. When he goes to the bar he sees his wife Victoria (she isn’t that pretty) and they both had gotten there early. Back at the camp, Shawn had called Jules and she comes. When she gets there Shawn is hiding in a closet. He makes up some story to make himself sound brave but Jules knows why he was in the closet. While they were looking Billy (the body sculptor) and Clive (the water man) had split up. When Jason is looking he falls in a whole and can’t get out. Back at the cabin Shawn, Jules, Gus, Clive and Ceci were all there but Billy was still gone. Jules makes them all go inside and when they are Ceci tries to tell them something but Jason Cunningham walks in and doesn’t let her. He is mad at Shawn because Jules wasn’t supposed to be there because she is a cop. When everyone wants to go looking for Jason because he left, Shawn is the one who decides to go to mad up for Jules. In the Laundry cabin he finds Annie who he thinks is dead. When he is getting chased by a man with a knife Shawn trips and falls. Right then Jules comes out but Shawn tells her not to shoot. He realized what had happened and tells everyone. Right then Annie and Billy come back and are laughing.  Shawn is mad because Gus knew the whole time and then Cunningham apologized to Jules. They all go inside because it is storming and because Cunningham had Champaign and strawberries. While they are inside everyone is having fun except Jules. Shawn goes over and talks to her and she is like fine. When Shawn goes to get something out of the fridge he notices a dead body in the lake. When they go outside it is the creepy guy Shawn and Gus saw when they first got to camp who is also the crazy janitor. Jules doesn’t have cell signal so she is going to try to radio for an ambulance but unfortunately the road is blocked. Back at the restaurant, Lassie gives Victoria a necklace and wants a second chance. She says that is not why they are there and she gives him a folder containing their divorce papers. Back at the camp, they are all going to play strip cribbage except Clive, Annie, Jules and Shawn. Clive goes and watches TV, Annie goes and takes a hot shower, and Shawn and Jules look at the body. When Annie finishes her shower she thinks it is Jason but then realizes it isn’t and screams. When Jules and Shawn come back inside Billy is wearing nothing but his socks and shoes. He stands up and his junk is in Gus’s face. Back at the restaurant Lassie signed the papers while Victoria was in the bathroom. He tells her that when she walks out the door that he isn’t going to follow her because this is what she wants and this is what makes her happy and he does exactly that. Back at the camp, the lights had gone out so Billy went to fix it. In the laundry cabin Billy is killed too. Shawn realizes that Clive is the one doing this. When Jules wants to go Shawn goes with her. They find the bodies of Billy and Annie. Back where Gus, Ceci and Jason are Jason almost gets killed but doesn’t. When Ceci comes over to Shawn she is gasping for breath and points to Gus who is fighting with Clive in the pool. Shawn goes over to help Gus but Gus had won already. Shawn then fights with Clive only to win when Jules shoots Clive in the hand. In the end, Shawn and Jules are looking over the lake. He tells her what she did was one of the sexiest things he had seen. She tells him shhh and doesn’t understand how something so terrible could happen there. When Gus comes over he apologizes for making his piñata with Jason. Then they all look quietly over the lake standing side by side as the camera pans out with creepy music and the sound of water.

Truer Lies

Season 3 episode 14. Flashback 1987, Shawn is home early from school. He had lied to Henry but Henry knew that. He told Shawn that every lie was built on a kernel of truth. He told Shawn that if he keeps lying than no one will believe him. Present day, Shawn is putting in the station. He almost makes it in when Lassie kicks away the ball. Shawn gets to see “Lyin Ryan,” being taken into custody. Shawn asks Jules about him and she tells him that Ryan always sent them on wild goose chases and now the police think he killed his super. In the interrogation room Lassie interviews Ryan and, Ryan tells him about the restaurant that serves the Fries Quarto Caso del Fritos. At the end of the interrogation the Psychologist thinks that he is some kind of person who lies all the time and when no one believes them their lies escalate. Shawn and Gus still can’t believe that there is such a fry. The psychologist thinks he could have killed the super and Ryan’s prints on the murder weapon and the victim’s blood on his hands would be enough to prosecute him. Shawn tells him that is too bad because Ryan is telling the truth this time. Shawn and Gus go back to the office. They figure out where the restaurant is and they go there. Then Shawn and Gus go to Ryan’s apartment and figure out that Ryan was telling the truth. If he had killed his super the blood would be on his clothes not on just his hands. At the station Shawn and Gus want to speak to Ryan but the chief doesn’t let them, so Shawn and Gus bail him out. When Jules and Lassie find out Jules has the expression of “Uh Shawn why did you just do that?” Shawn has Ryan tell him about the assassins and what he remembers. Ryan tells Shawn the time 4:30 to 6, address 450, and name Tom. When Gus goes to sell his Pharmaceuticals he figures out where the address is and who is the victim is. Shawn and Gus call Lassie and Jules down to the hospital. Jules went in a hurry because she thought Shawn was hurt because he was at the hospital. When they talk to Tom, he has amnesia and Lassie is like Spencer you had to find the only guy in Santa Barbra who has amnesia. Outside the room Jules is sad because she wants to believe Shawn but doesn’t really know if she can. The whole time he is talking to her she has a very sad look on her face. While they were at the hospital the Lawyer who never showed up for court was found dead. Shawn realizes the lawyer, Tom, and Ryan all are connected. In the video from the parking garage Tom is running away. Shawn figures out that Tom saw the assassins kill the lawyer and they were trying to kill him. At the hospital, Lassie and Jules had gone to arrest Tom but Shawn and Gus went to help him. When they got there Tom was gone. When Shawn and Gus go back into the car Tom and Ryan are inside and they are being chased. Gus doesn’t believe them so he stops in an ally. When he does this the assassins come. Gus gets away with Tom, but Ryan and Shawn stay behind. They tell the guys that they have back up around the corner. The assassins don’t believe them at first, and then Ryan lies and tells them to look into his eyes and tell him that he is not lying. Then they realize that he is lying, but Lassie and Jules show up and they are like they were telling the truth. Then Jules says “apparently so.” In the end, Ryan swings by the Psych office and tells them that he has turned over a new leaf. He also tells Shawn and Gus that he is going to be a hot air balloon captain and he would even let them steer. Shawn and Gus aren’t sure if Ryan is telling the truth and follow him.

Any Given Friday Night At 10PM, 9PM Central

Season 3 episode 13. Flashback 1987, Shawn and Henry went to a live football game. Shawn talked to the quarterback and told him something about passing. The quarterback then gave Shawn the game ball. Present day, the chief had left 12 messages on Shawn and Gus’s phones. When they finally get down there the chief tells them they might have a missing person’s case. When they go to the morgue there is a foot with no body. Gus tries to leave but goes into the room where they keep the bodies for identification. Shawn notices a small scar on the foot and makes jokes because he doesn’t tell them what he sees. When they leave the chief tells Shawn that she thinks they are dealing with a psycho and they think that they were meant to find the foot. Shawn realizes it was someone who kicks. He thinks it is a soccer player but they wear shoes. Shawn and Gus think it is the kicker for the Thunderbirds. When they go to the field they find Jules and Lassie. Jules was the one who made the football connection because she had dated a Miami Dolphin. She told Shawn and Gus that there was just something about that uniform. They had tested the foot and it was Vlad’s (the kicker). At the field they got to talk to the coach, Sam Winslow (the quarterback Shawn met). Shawn and Gus were in such shock they didn’t say a word. Shawn, Gus, Jules and Lassie decide to split up. Lassie and Jules interviewed the players and Shawn and Gus found Vlad’s cell phone in his locker. From the locker room guy Shawn and Gus got old jerseys. When Shawn, Gus, Lassie and Jules meet up again Shawn asks Jules how he looks. She tells him that he looks like her 11 year old nephew in is Payton Manning pajamas. He tells her that her 11 year old nephew must be ruggedly sexy. Later that day Shawn and Gus go and ask the coach about them going undercover as part of the team. The next day when Jules comes to the practice she notices one guy who is trying for kicker. He is #99. When he turns around it is Shawn. Jules plays with her hair like she wasn’t looking at him. Shawn thinks he is really good but he actually is not. Jules and Shawn think that Vlad was with some Russian mob. Shawn figures out where Vlad’s body is but the police had already found it. Shawn tells the chief not to release the information till the next day. She gives Shawn 24 hours. Back at the training camp some of the players put bags over Shawn and Gus’s heads and bring them up to the top of the stadium. When the two guys who Shawn and Gus know were with Vlad when he died, come the men release Shawn and Gus. Shawn was supposed to go to an apology dinner with Henry. Henry didn’t want to see him. Shawn asked if he still had the football and then Shawn shows him that he brought Sam Winslow. They have steak and some beer then toss the football on the porch. Shawn asks Sam what he would do if his players were hazing. Sam told them that he had put it in the contract that if they were caught doing stuff like that they would be kicked off the team. Shawn and Gus got a call from Jules. She thinks that the death was accidental. Shawn and Gus figure out what happened and confront the guys. In the box the three guys try to kill Shawn and Gus but Sammy comes in. The men think that they will just get rid of him to. When they try that, Jules and Lassie come with black and whites. When they are arrested Shawn asks Sam if they can be on his team and Sam tells him never. In the end Sammy lets Shawn lead the team out of the tunnel. Henry can’t believe that Sam is letting him do this. Gus makes Jules come down to the tunnel but doesn’t tell her why. She is like it is my day off and the case is over what do you and Shawn want me to see anyway. Gus points and says that (Shawn leading the team out of the tunnel). When they camera goes back to Jules she has a big smile on her face and Gus notices. When they look back at each other she stops smiling because she doesn’t want him to know that she likes Shawn. Earth, Wind and... Wait for It..

Season 3 episode 12. Flashback 1987, Shawn comes home from school wanting to be a fireman. Henry tells him that he wants to be a cop and tells him bad things about being a fireman. Present day, a guy burns down a building. At the station the chief is having a closed door meeting. Shawn gets info from Jules then interrupts and meets Ms. Conrad. She tells Shawn that he doesn’t know what she wants. He guesses spot on. There was a fire she was an arson inspector and she isn’t getting the support from her department that she wants. At the scene they find out that she is a rooky and Shawn notices an external wall. Ms. Conrad’s supervisor thinks it is accidental because they found cigarette butts and empty alcohol bottles on the floor. When Shawn shows them the external wall he hacks it open with a piece of metal. When he does this he finds a burned skeleton. He tells her this wasn’t just arson it was murder. At the morgue Shawn starts coming up with names for the arson murderer. Shawn and Gus decide to go down to the fire station. While they are there they can’t talk to any of the guys because they are training so Shawn and Gus train with them. While they are there, there is another fire. With this new fire there is another body. Since Shawn and Gus are geared up they go into the building. Shawn thinks that the fire chief was setting the fires. Shawn and Gus call Ms. Conrad down to their office to tell her so she can make the bust. She thinks that is nice of them. While they are at the office another building has been burned with another body. In the body the police found some kind of device. They figure out who the guy was and that he had been killed 10 years ago, the same year the buildings were built. They think that all the people were killed in 98 the fire chief was also killed in this fire. Jules shows Shawn and Gus the list of the guys known accomplices for his crimes. Only one of them was still around. The police think he did it but Shawn doesn’t. Ms. Conrad, Gus and himself go to the station where they go into some guy’s office. Shawn has Gus set off the smoke alarm and everyone evacuates. Gus gets the information but the sprinklers go off and get Gus all wet. When they show Ms. Conrad she is like there are 20 other buildings that could be burned. Jules had given Shawn a heads up on what they are doing with the guy who was still around. When Shawn gets there everyone thinks the guy split but Shawn knows he is in the ceiling. He pokes the ceiling with some kind of stick and the guy falls out. In the interrogation room the guy isn’t talking to Lassie and Shawn offers to help. When Shawn goes in there the guy tells him that he heard birds chirping the night he was kidnapped and almost killed. Shawn, Gus and Henry realize which building it is they know that Morgan (Ms. Conrad) is there. When they go to the building they realize that Army Johnson (Morgan’s supervisor) was the one who was killing them and burning the buildings. He tries to light himself on fire but Gus jumps on him and the fire with a blanket and Shawn grabs Morgan. When Lassie and Jules get there they realize Shawn and Gus are inside. After a second they see a body. Shawn comes out carrying Morgan and Gus carries Army Johnson outside. Shawn and Gus tell Lassie and Jules and they are like what? In the end, right before Shawn goes to visit Morgan in the hospital he comes and give Gus a fire dog because he is volunteering at the fire station.

Lassie Did a Bad, Bad Thing

Season 3 episode 11. Flashback 1987, Henry makes Shawn figure out what he can hear. He had blindfolded him and went from the fridge to the stove then threw something away. When he takes of his blindfold he realizes Henry threw away his report. Shawn asked why and Henry said because it was Gus’s not his. Present day, Shawn didn’t pay the cable bill so they go to the station to get the check from the last case. While they are there Lassie had arrested a very bad criminal who was with one of the worst gangs in America. After he tells everyone the story the chief wants him. Two guys from some agency want to take the guy. Lassie gets mad because he had spent a lot of time on this. When he goes to get the guy the lights turn off and shots were fired. When everyone gets down to the cell Lassie is standing there with his gun over the guy’s dead body. They have to do a search. Lassie tells them that he didn’t kill Shavez. Back at the office the chief comes and tells Shawn and Gus that they have a search warrant for Lassie’s house and she wants them to stop it. While they are there Lassie comes home and gets put on suspension. Back at the station Jules is really upset because the chief already made her do other cases and temporarily reassigned her a new partner. Back at the office Lassie comes and he wants Shawn and Gus to help him. He has to stay there because his house is a crime scene and he didn’t want to live with either of them. When Shawn goes to the station he finds out that a guy named Kenny Logins was there that night. When they go to where Kenny would be the police are already there and he is dead. Since Lassie had gone out of the car and went walking Shawn and Gus leave him at Henry’s house. Shawn tells Henry that he thinks this killing was an inside job because Kenny lied to the police because he was scared to tell on that person. Henry tells Shawn not to go back to the station but obviously Shawn doesn’t listen. At the station there is no arrest record of Kenny Logins anywhere. When they are there they see someone else. When they go in the hall they see Jules. She is like what the hell are you guys doing here. Shawn tells her that there is something wrong with the records. When they look at them again with her two pages are missing. She thinks it is the guy from Internal Affairs. Shawn, Gus and Jules find the paper shredding. Back at the office Shawn and Gus are putting the pieces together when Henry comes. When Shawn hears the peanut guy come he goes outside. While he is there he sees Jules’s new partner. After they talk about Jules he knocks Shawn out and brings him to Lassie’s place. Using Shawn’s phone Drimer texts Lassie telling him to come to his place pretending to be Spencer. When Lassie gets there he sees Drimer and is like what the hell. He tries to find one of his guns but it isn’t there. During this time Henry and Gus go to the station and get Jules. Back at Lassie’s apartment, Lassie had a gun hidden in a food bowl. He shoots Drimer in the shoulder right as Jules and a whole bunch of other people come in. Jules tells Shawn she tracked Drimer’s cell phone with some special tracking device. And Shawn is like Lassie you were so cool just a minute ago. In the end, Shawn and Gus go to the station to get their check. When Lassie sees them he gives them some little coupon and their check from the chief. Gus had told Shawn to not chat up Juliet. Shawn said what Juliet. When Shawn sees Jules he of course goes over and talks to her.

Six Feet Under the Sea

Season 3 episode 10. Flashback 1987, Shawn and Gus are on a school fieldtrip. They want to ride a dolphin but Henry knows there plan and pretends he is sick. He is at the aquarium and tells Shawn that he doesn’t want him to lie just make it more of a challenge to catch him. Present day, Gus is taking Shawn to a funeral. The funeral is for a sea lion named Shabby. Because it was an open casket Shawn and Gus went up to see a body. When Shawn sees it he realizes that Shabby was murdered. At the funeral Shawn and Gus meet a lady named April. She works for the museum and then decides to meet Shawn and Gus at the office. Shawn and Gus are fighting over April before she gets to the office. Shawn backs off and Gus does too (not really). She helps them get into the aquarium by lifting them over a wall. She had misled them to think that she was still working at the aquarium but actually she had got canned last Tuesday. When Shawn is in there his tries to swim with the dolphin but got arrested. At the chief’s office Shawn and Gus were released because of what they told her and because Jules had spoken to April (they became friends) and realized this was about Shabby. Jules tells the chief that she is taking the lead on this case. When Lassie gets there he asks Shawn and Gus the victim’s name. Shawn says Shabby then spells The-Sea-Lion but Lassie thought it was thesealion. When he exhumes the body he gets mad and thinks it is not a murder. Shawn and Gus then steel Henry’s new boat so they could go to the reef to check things out. When they get back to the dock Lassie, Jules and Henry were waiting for them at the dock. Lassie says that Shabby had been shot with two 22 slugs. At the station Lassie interviews Lebata but he gets a phone call from the FBI so Jules interviews him. After he leaves, Jules and April talk. April tells Jules that she was thinking about telling Shawn that she was free. She then asks Jules if that would be okay. Jules is like uh and slurps her orange juice. Shawn and Gus go to steel Henry’s boat again but Henry doesn’t let them. They see an opportunity and go on the boat of the people they saw in the water before and in Lebata’s video. They sneak on and find Shabby’s tracker and 22 slugs. Shawn and Gus almost get caught but they hide under the floor. While they are there, Shawn texts Jules with his iphone and tells her to track Shabby’s device. They are actually on land not in the water. Shawn and Gus get out of the boat but when they do the guys see them they pull a gun and make Shawn and Gus go toward the truck. Shawn then tells him that he is stalling and then they ask why. Shawn tells him because of this. And Jules Lassie and other people come. Back at the office April comes by and tells Shawn that she doesn’t want to get the way.
